A – Activity – you and cancer treatment team need to determine
R – Rest and Sleep – important to heal your body and soul. Get support and skills from your team.
N – Nutrition – the largest determinant of how people do during treatment. Pay attention to the kind of foods you eat. Get guidance from nutritionist or dietician who is oncology smart can tailor a program to you and your situation.
Stay on top of practical things: Know what your insurance, network and providers cover.
